The new Alumni Center has a timeless design to match the aesthetics of the University and will serve the UAPB campus and community for many years.
The new Alumni Center design will include:
Board room
Small conference room
Spacious lobby area
Executive Suite
Workroom
Public restrooms
An Alumni Hall
Warming kitchen
General storage areas
A brick plaza, at the front of the property, will lend access to the main entrance of the facility. A concrete paved plaza at the rear of the building will accommodate deliveries and provide an exit from the Alumni Hall located in the Alumni Center.
Currently the Alumni Association owns 4 lots on Watson Blvd., and each lot is 50’ x 120’ (Lots 72, 73, 84, 85). The existing structure sits on lot 72. The plan for the new structure is approximately 70’ x 144’. The new structure will be placed on the 4 lots (lots 72, 73, 84 and 85).
